Taylor brings 10 years of experience to the table having served in Recruitment Marketing and Customer Success roles at Apple, LinkedIn and now Indeed. His role as an Evangelist at Indeed allows him to leverage his public speaking background as a platform to inspire companies to innovate their talent processes, in addition to leveraging Indeed data and insights to create powerful brand strategies that help them build great employment reputations.
Rennie Taylor is the Vice President of Customer Success at Glassdoor overseeing the Customer Success Management, Support, Display Operations and CS Systems & Experience teams across the US and EMEA. Prior to Glassdoor, Rennie led the Customer Engagement team at Dropbox. Previously she held customer experience leadership roles at Zenefits. She has also worked at Google and Goldman Sachs. Rennie holds a BA from Harvard and a MA from Columbia University.
