Sinéad Burke is a disabled entrepreneur and advocate, leading a majority-disabled team located around Europe who consult with business leaders to ensure that ‘inclusion’ is fully embedded into the ways that companies are built and run.
Sinéad’s accessibility consultancy ‘TIlting the Lens’ works on global and local projects with clients on 4 continents across business, media, public sector, the arts, academia, and non-profit sectors. This ranges from creating more accessible environments to building confidence in employing Disabled people and advising on required systemic changes within the recruitment journey, workflows, and culture to set Disabled talent up for success.
Derek Diviney joined Indeed in September 2019 and is the VP of Sales for the EMEA & Next Generation Markets. Derek sits on Indeed’s International board that has governance responsibility for all Indeed’s entities outside the US and has helped to over double Indeed’s international business in that timeframe. Derek is passionate about Diversity, Inclusion and BElonging and is the co-executive sponsor for Indeed’s Parents & Caregivers inclusion resource group.

Conor leads Indeed’s sales teams in the UK, Ireland and Next Generation Markets in EMEA & APAC. He is focused on building a unified approach for Indeed in international markets, influencing product direction and market investment. Conor is passionate about helping jobseekers everywhere to find jobs, in particular jobseekers facing barriers. Prior to joining Indeed in 2015, Conor worked with a variety of tech companies in sales & marketing leadership roles.

Siobhan O’Shea is Director of Scaled Business Success (EMEA/APAC) for U.S. multinational Indeed, the world’s number 1 job site. She is also President and Board Chair of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and an Independent Non-Executive Director with state agency SOLAS. Siobhan is a frequent speaker on workplace & labour market trends and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She is a qualified Chartered Director and Executive Coach.
Lorna Conn is CEO of Cpl, part of Tokyo headquartered Outsourcing Inc. and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bord na Móna plc and Glenveagh Properties plc. Lorna is also an Advisory Board member of Ireland’s 30% Club and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Lorna is a Chartered Director and a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with Deloitte.
Jack Kennedy is an economist on the Indeed Hiring Lab specialising in labour market trends in the UK and Ireland. He has an extensive background as an economist in the financial services industry and in the production of macroeconomic indicators. His research is published on the Indeed Hiring Lab blog, while he is also a regular commentator on the labour market to the media and speaker at events.
Clíona Hayes is a leading marketing and business leader holding the position of Global Senior Brand Director for Indeed leading and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across Indeed’s key markets. She also is an executive board member of Indeed International Operations and is Co-Chair of Women@Indeed EMEA.
Ronan Geraghty is the Subsidiary COO for Microsoft Ireland, responsible for the commercial operations of the subsidiary, including marketing, budgeting, planning and business strategy. His team is responsible for the go to market for all Microsoft cloud services on the island of Ireland, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Ronan joined Microsoft in 2007, holding various roles in the subsidiary before moving to Microsoft Western Europe in 2013, as a Director in the Azure Business Group, responsible for Azure Sales and Marketing across 12 subsidiaries / 14 countries.
Maeve is responsible for leading Lidl’s People strategy that supports its more than 7,000 employees across the island of Ireland. Maeve’s Human Resources team has delivered many industry-leading policies in recent years including compassionate leave for miscarriage and early pregnancy loss, the removal of mandatory retirement age and becoming the first retailer to commit to paying the Living Wage in 2015.
Matt Burney is a Senior Talent Strategy Advisor at Indeed and is a well-known figure in the recruitment industry, with a career spanning over 20 years. Matt has worked both sides of the table, as an in-house practitioner managing major global and APAC specific projects as well as working on the vendor side. Matt has a huge amount of industry knowledge and experience to share.
Eavan Fallon joined Indeed as EMEA’s first Creative Producer, leading projects for Indeed’s core European markets. She was also producer of Indeed CEO, Chris Hyams’ Here to Help podcast. She is currently a Senior Program Manager on the ESG Marketing team, embedding job seekers facing barriers themes into the organisation’s marketing strategies. Passionate about skills-first hiring and a more equitable future of hiring, she is EMEA’s Communications Lead for the Access Indeed inclusion resource group.
