Many factors drive wellbeing at work, and that involves addressing workers’ needs beyond the basics, elevated needs, like learning, purpose, achievement and more. If people are to be truly happy and productive members of society and, by extension, the workforce, companies need to address wellbeing at work. During this session, we will explore how rising expectations are changing work.

During this session, we will be sharing some of our most recently commissioned YouGov data on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the UK workplace. Alongside the data, we will be exploring ways in which we can mitigate bias and remove barriers to meaningful employment.
