Bill has led UK/IE since 2013 and under his leadership has built a team in both London and Dublin who—together—have forged Indeed’s most significant international market outside the US.

Novo Constare is the General Manager of Staffing Solutions at Indeed and CEO of Indeed Flex. Novo co-founded the staffing platform Syft in 2015 in London, which Indeed acquired in the summer of 2019. In 2020, Syft rebranded as Indeed Flex and currently operates in the US and UK. Novo leads Indeed’s staffing efforts globally, setting out to dramatically improve the way in which people get access to temp and agency work via Indeed Flex.
