Bill Richards is the Managing Director of Indeed in the UK and Ireland. Bill is tasked with driving strategy for the business, helping clients source and attract job seekers and enjoys opening meaningful dialogue on how innovation can enhance the experience of engaging job seekers with leading employers. Bill has led UK/IE since 2013 and under his leadership has built a team in both London and Dublin who—together—have forged Indeed’s most significant international market outside the US.

Matt Burney
Senior Talent Strategy Advisor, Indeed
Matt Burney is a Talent Strategy Advisor at Indeed and is a well-known figure in the recruitment industry, with a career spanning over 20 years. Matt has worked both sides of the table, as an in-house practitioner managing major global and APAC specific projects as well as working on the vendor side. Matt has a huge amount of industry knowledge and experience to share.

Poppy Nijjar
Global Research & Intelligence Leader, Executive Search, NBCUniversal
Poppy Nijjar has over 18 years of experience and is proud to be a sector generalist having worked across executive search, executive board succession planning, talent pipelining, diversity and competitive intelligence.
Poppy currently manages executive search research and intelligence at NBCUniversal globally across its 20 businesses including media and entertainment, film and television production and distribution, digital ad-supported streaming, theme parks and news operations.

Toby Culshaw
Global Head of Talent Intelligence, Worldwide Amazon Stores
Toby Culshaw is the Talent Intelligence Leader at Worldwide Amazon Stores, leading a diverse global team of economists, consultants, business analysts and researchers in talent intelligence. Previously, he was Global Head of Talent Intelligence and Executive Recruitment Research at Royal Philips, the Dutch health technology group. He was named by Recruiter Magazine as one of the 11 Most Influential In-house Recruiters in 2017 and has consistently ranked every year from 2019 until 2022.

Jack Kennedy
Senior Economist at Indeed Hiring Lab, Indeed
Jack Kennedy is an economist on the Indeed Hiring Lab specialising in labour market trends in the UK and Ireland. He has an extensive background as an economist in the financial services industry and in the production of macroeconomic indicators. His research is published on the Indeed Hiring Lab blog, while he is also a regular commentator on the labour market to the media and speaker at events.

Novo Constare
GM of Staffing Solutions at Indeed and CEO of Indeed Flex
Novo Constare is the General Manager of Staffing Solutions at Indeed and CEO of Indeed Flex. Novo co-founded the staffing platform Syft in 2015 in London, which Indeed acquired in the summer of 2019. In 2020, Syft rebranded as Indeed Flex and currently operates in the US and UK. Novo leads Indeed’s staffing efforts globally, setting out to dramatically improve the way in which people get access to temp and agency work via Indeed Flex.

Danny Stacy
Senior Manager, Talent Intelligence, Indeed
Danny Stacy is well known for commitment to allyship, using his knowledge and experience to deliver insightful research and actionable recommendations to support business leaders in making diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging part of their company DNA.
From project management roles within the UK government to consulting for LinkedIn, Danny is now Indeed’s go-to person for telling their story to the market – on stage at events, during industry-wide webcasts and in conference rooms at various companies around the globe.

Mel McColgan
Senior Sales Director, Indeed
Mel McColgan leads Indeed’s Public Sector business in the UK. Mel joined Indeed in September 2022, prior to joining, she has previously held various leadership positions within market leading technology companies. Mel’s passion is working with our public service providers to match technology solutions with business needs to drive value, innovation and results.

Kerry Crompton-Harris
Director of People & Recruiting, Compass Group
Kerry Crompton-Harris has a HR Generalist background dating back over 15 years, joining Compass Group UK&I in 2014 and most recently taking the lead on Talent Acquisition through the use of technology. In 2021, the world of hiring changed especially within the hospitality sector; with lower levels of labour supply and vacancies being the highest ever recorded, led to a highly competitive marketplace. Kerry led the Compass team to think always through the ‘job applicants’ eyes’, streamlining candidates’ journeys, incorporating seamless technical integrations and driving data-led decision-making.

Becky Williams
Talent Strategy Advisor, Indeed
Becky Williams is a Talent Strategy Advisor at Indeed. An award-winning Recruitment Marketeer with 15 years experience in Talent Acquisition, client and vendor side across Professional Services, Telecomms and Not-for profit. Becky specialises in Early Careers Strategy, Disability + Neurodiversity, Employer Brand, and volume recruitment.

Anna Steele
Global Product Solutions Lead, Indeed
Anna Steele’s career spans more than two decades in recruitment marketing. Having worked in both marketing agencies and in-house roles, she most recently joined Indeed as Global Product Solutions Lead.
Her extensive experience includes leading media strategy and insights teams to help employers get tangible results from their marketing budget, managing employer brand research and development projects, and developing volume attraction and candidate communications strategies to improve applications, quality of hire and retention.

Illuminate is located at Science Museum based in South Kensington. The best access to the venue is via the “Groups Entrance” Imperial College Road, SW7 2DB.
The museum is a 5-minute walk from South Kensington Tube station.

– Turn left onto Exhibition Rd
– Turn left onto Imperial College Rd -
Illuminate is located at Science Museum based in South Kensington on Exhibition Road. The museum is a 5-minute walk from South Kensington Tube station.
