Speaker: Rebecca WilliamsEmployer brand is often used to create and refine a recruitment strategy for organisations. But it’s pointless to fill a bucket with a hole in the bottom — if a company struggles with retention, repairing their employer brand is key to fostering a favorable employee environment, resulting in positive talent outcomes.
It’s vital to consider how the entire candidate-employee lifecycle is supporting conversion and commitment from talent at every stage. For example, the teams involved across branding, attraction, recruitment, assessment, onboarding and talent development can be disconnected for many organisations, with the added complexity of multiple tech systems and messaging requirements. These silos can result in a negative employer brand, affecting engagement, retention, and even recruitment.
When the pressure is on to attract job seekers in a challenging labour market, how can you manage expectations at each stage to avoid a fragmented brand experience — and ensure you’re not constantly filling a leaking bucket?
Join our workshop to build an employer brand that will help your company operate effectively and authentically at each stage of the lifecycle, while giving top talent a seamless and consistent experience.
We will focus on:
- The Basics – how to map out and what to assess in your candidate-to-employee journey to spot opportunities for optimisation.
- Messaging – what to consider in order to deliver accuracy and consistency, but also how to drip feed information to talent to impact decision making, engagement, and retention.
- Collaboration & Connection – looking at how each team plays a part in ensuring that the journey is as consistent, correct, and seamless as possible.

Speakers: Danny Stacy & Taylor MeadowsOngoing economic uncertainty and the shift to dispersed teams has top talent prioritizing work wellbeing — defined as greater happiness, satisfaction and purpose with less stress — like never before. They want transparent leadership who aren’t afraid to have honest conversations, a positive and inspiring workplace community, and the ability to engage in work that matters.
In fact, 80% of workers want to see wellbeing data when considering a company, and 87% of people working at a company with high work wellbeing think they’ll stay with their employer for the next year.* Modern employer branding focuses on both attraction and retention, and creating a positive and inspiring workplace community is essential to sustaining wellbeing at work.
But, is it possible to cultivate a company culture that supports high work wellbeing and high performance? How do you balance building connections and community with business growth? Plus, once you’ve done that, how do you ensure your efforts are realized through your employer brand and recognized by job seekers and employees?
Join Indeed and Glassdoor in a candid conversation to reimagine work wellbeing and rebuild workplace community in the remote-work era.
