Join Indeed at the UNLEASH America Conference in Las Vegas.

As Indeed continues to be a leader in defining the future of work for everyone, we’re proud to partner with this year’s UNLEASH America conference April 26th – 27th in Las Vegas.

UNLEASH has served as a strategic transformation engine for human resources, built to inspire, connect and empower HR leaders worldwide to navigate the fast-changing world of work. Unleash is attended by over 4,000 HR, L&D, and technology leaders, 49% of which are C-Suite, EVP, VP, or a Group/Global Head of HR. The conference will showcase trailblazing startups and provide connections with experts collaborating on building a more human-centric workplace. It will also give attendees the opportunity to design their own strategies with hands-on roundtables, workshops, and briefings.

Indeed is providing multiple ways to engage and connect with our executives and recruitment specialists.

Indeed sessions

  • The past few years have served as a wake-up call for employers as the workforce realized their satisfaction within a company goes far beyond a paycheck. This culture shift is pressuring organizations everywhere to figure out how to continue to get the job done when it’s clear that there is no “return to normal”.

    Key takeaways:

    • Innovative companies are embracing work wellbeing as a new standard and scorecard to help them evaluate employee happiness, sense of purpose, stress, and satisfaction.
    • Increasing the number of people who are happy at work starts with reimagining the job seeker experience with your organization and how they perceive your company brand and reputation.
    • Skip the busy work, connect with candidates fast through matching, increase speed to hire by leveraging automation tools and integrate them into your workflow seamlessly while paying only for results.
  • Discuss how innovation can help bring human connection to the job seeker experience in a closed-door conversation between a group of hand-picked executives and Indeed’s Tony Nelan, Vice President, National Accounts & Agency.

Discussion topics include speeding up the hiring process with pay for results pricing, embracing automation to take on the burden of more than 70% of the recruiting steps, and data analytics that better match people with employers preferred skills and experience.
