Journalist and Presenter
Louis Theroux is a genre-defining documentary presenter, best known for producing immersive documentaries that explore the controversial and complex aspects of the human condition. Over the years, Louis has kept true to a way of working that is uniquely his own: offering rounded portraits of the people involved in complex social issues and human dilemmas, whilst always resisting easy judgements. Louis has won numerous awards, including three BAFTAs, an RTS award, and Grierson’s Trustees’ Award.

Indeed CEO Chris Hyams joined Indeed in 2010 as VP of Product, responsible for technology strategy and innovation. Since April 2019, Chris has led Indeed’s mission to help people, all people, get jobs.

Kirsty Gallacher
Kirsty Gallacher is one of the UK’s most respected and versatile live broadcasters and journalists. Kirsty previously enjoyed a successful 20-year career at Sky Sports News, anchoring their flagship show and interviewing several huge names, including Anthony Joshua, Jordan Spieth and David Beckham. Kirsty also fronted Sky Sports’ coverage of major annual sporting events including The Ryder Cup and The Masters. She is the host of her own live show on Smooth Radio every Saturday afternoon. Alongside her Broadcast work, Kirsty has worked with several recognisable brands including Sweaty Betty, Speedo, Ultherapy, Kinetica, Sloggi and HelloFresh. She is also ambassador of numerous charities including Born Free and Battersea Dogs Home. Kirsty has a huge passion for health and fitness and trains at least 3 to 4 times a week with her trainer. Kirsty lives in Berkshire with her two sons, Oscar and Jude.
Nicola Adams, OBE
Olympic Gold Medallist
Nicola Adams OBE is an Olympic Gold Medallist and the most successful female boxer in Great Britain’s history. She achieved a historic moment in August 2016 by becoming the first British boxer in 92 years to defend their Olympic title. Nicola holds the distinction of winning every major title available in her sport: Olympic, World, European, and Commonwealth championships. She became an icon during the London 2012 games, winning Great Britain’s first-ever female boxing Gold. Nicola’s remarkable career includes overcoming injuries and adversity, and she has also been involved in various initiatives promoting sports, health, and women in boxing. She has even dabbled in acting, with appearances in popular British soaps and TV dramas.
Bill Richards

Bill Richards is the Managing Director of Indeed in the UK and Ireland. Bill is tasked with driving strategy for the business, helping clients source and attract job seekers and enjoys opening meaningful dialogue on how innovation can enhance the experience of engaging job seekers with leading employers. Bill has led UK/IE since 2013 and under his leadership has built a team in both London and Dublin who—together—have forged Indeed’s most significant international market outside the US.

Jack Kennedy
Senior Economist at Indeed Hiring Lab, Indeed
Jack Kennedy is an economist on the Indeed Hiring Lab specialising in labour market trends in the UK and Ireland. He has an extensive background as an economist in the financial services industry and in the production of macroeconomic indicators. His research is published on the Indeed Hiring Lab blog, while he is also a regular commentator on the labour market to the media and speaker at events.

GM of Staffing Solutions at Indeed and CEO of Indeed Flex
Novo Constare is the General Manager of Staffing Solutions at Indeed and CEO of Indeed Flex. Novo co-founded the staffing platform Syft in 2015 in London, which Indeed acquired in the summer of 2019. In 2020, Syft rebranded as Indeed Flex and currently operates in the US and UK. Novo leads Indeed’s staffing efforts globally, setting out to dramatically improve the way in which people get access to temp and agency work via Indeed Flex.

Kerry Crompton-Harris

Kerry Crompton-Harris has a HR Generalist background dating back over 15 years, joining Compass Group UK&I in 2014 and most recently taking the lead on Talent Acquisition through the use of technology. In 2021, the world of hiring changed especially within the hospitality sector; with lower levels of labour supply and vacancies being the highest ever recorded, led to a highly competitive marketplace. Kerry led the Compass team to think always through the ‘job applicants’ eyes’, streamlining candidates’ journeys, incorporating seamless technical integrations and driving data-led decision-making.
